GTBARS Highlights
It all begin with an idea.
Repair Work Area - The facility is laid out to support approximately 50 full time shop employees, each with a work area and dedicated tools. Two cranes serve the entire shop, including the machine shop.
Machine Shop - Has a complete machining shop, with CNC machines, using the latest repair technology.
Inspection Area - Has a climate controlled inspection room, with all the required tooling to complete assess of incoming and final dimensions.
NDE Area - Is a complete NDE area, with both red dye and fluorescent particle examination equipment. We have a certified Level 2 NDE Inspector as a full-time employee.
Blast Clean Area - Our blast cleaning equipment is brand new and the latest, most modern design.
Parts Program - GTBARS will work with customer to provide entire package for specific unit outages. Packages can be configured for Combustion Inspection, Hot Gas Path or Major Inspection. Also include all consumable parts if desired or be limited to only capital spares if desired.
